Understanding the form and function of your body will empower you to reach goals you never thought possible. This is personal training at Precision.

"Their levels of confidence are well justified. The levels of fitness, mobility and mental focus that I've achieved in a short period of time are well beyond my expectations."

Mr S Greenfield

Equipped with the latest in education, tools and technique, we implement programs that adapt to the body, creating a progressively stimulating program.

The best way to achieve results is to make healthy and sustainable lifestyle choices, and an excellent way to learn those practices is through personal training.

We take an innovative approach to program development. We take an in-depth look at your current fitness levels, building a challenging program that will continuously stimulate the body and inspire you to progress.

Education is a driving force – both for the client and the trainer. We want to empower you to understand how to advance in skill and ability, all while motivating change.

Here you can see an example of a typical training programme – however this is just a guide, individual results are subject to goals, training frequency, exercise plans and other variables.

  • Week One

Initial consultation: discussion of desired goals. Current diet discussed and initial measurements taken. Introductory training session to assess base fitness level.
  • Week Five

Results should start to become visible. Gains in muscle mass should be apparent as well as lower levels of body fat. Strength, stamina and poise should all be noticeably improved.
  • Week Ten

Initial goals should be in sight. Nutrition plan should have ’settled in’ by this point, breaking any cravings for junk food or unhealthy eating patterns.
  • Week Fifteen

By this point our initial goal should be accomplished and now we can start thinking about the next one. Muscle gains and fat losses should be very visible at this stage.
  • Week Twenty

Changes in behaviour should provide a strong basis for reaching secondary goals. More exotic training methods can be looked into alongside programs that can be completed at home.
